Introduction

For the purposes of data protection law, the Data Controller for Pixel Pie (pixelpie.co.uk) is myself, “Paul Coates” trading as “Pixel Pie”. This policy is effective from 10th May 2018.

Data Collection

The personal data that is collected via forms on this website is not stored on the website and is only used to respond to any queries. As a fundamental principle of my services, I do not ask for or store personal information unless absolutely necessary to provide services. Any personal information I do store is stored on a UK server with a level of security expected from a web industry professional.

Sharing Data

Any data I collect on this website is not shared with anyone. The only exception to this is where I am legally obliged to do so by law enforcement.

Customer Service

I communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide requested services and about issues relating to their account. I reply via email or phone.

Analytics

I use the third party services, Google Analytics and Adwords in a basic way, mainly for aggregated data reports to analyse website traffic as a whole. Visitors are tracked anonymously and and any data is only retained for a period of 26 months. As of 10th May 2018 I have set data retention at the minimum period of 26 months for all Pixel Pie owned sites set up with Google Analytics.
